O sindicato de tripulantes de cabine UFO anunciou, com pouco aviso prévio, uma greve na Lufthansa (LH) e na Lufthansa CityLine (CL) para quarta-feira, 15 de abril, e quinta-feira, 16 de abril de 2026.
A Lufthansa está a trabalhar intensamente para manter o impacto nos passageiros o mais reduzido possível. Estamos a tentar que o maior número possível de voos seja operado por outras companhias do Grupo Lufthansa e por companhias parceiras.
Nota importante: Os voos operados por Austrian Airlines (OS), Brussels Airlines (SN), Eurowings (EW), SWISS (LX), Air Dolomiti (EN), Discover Airlines (4Y), Edelweiss (WK) e Lufthansa City Airlines (VL) não serão afetados pela greve.
Os passageiros afetados por irregularidades serão informados, desde que os seus dados de contacto estejam incluídos na reserva.
Solicitamos que os passageiros verifiquem o estado do seu voo antes de iniciarem a viagem.
Parte 1 – Regras do Grupo Lufthansa para remarcação/reemissão/reembolso de voos cancelados
Os clientes afetados por cancelamentos podem:
- Remarcar o voo uma vez, gratuitamente, ou
- Solicitar o reembolso do bilhete
As remarcações/reemissões/reembolsos de voos cancelados em bilhetes da Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa e SWISS podem ser efetuadas de acordo com a política de alterações de horário/irregularidades para agentes de viagens (OS/SN/LH/LX). Para bilhetes da Air Dolomiti, as remarcações/reemissões/reembolsos podem ser feitos de acordo com as regras aplicáveis a alterações de horário de longo e curto prazo nas vendas de agências (EN).Rules for handling of long term schedule changes and short term schedule changes (re-bookings / reissues / refunds) in Travel Agency sales (EN)
Nota: Estas políticas aplicam-se apenas a voos que já tenham sido cancelados ou automaticamente remarcados pela companhia aérea.
Transporte alternativo com a Deutsche Bahn
Em caso de cancelamento de voos domésticos na Alemanha operados pela Lufthansa, os passageiros podem trocar gratuitamente o bilhete de avião por um bilhete de comboio da Deutsche Bahn.
Recomenda-se a reserva de lugar no site da Deutsche Bahn.
O bilhete é válido apenas no dia de emissão e no dia seguinte (exceto nos comboios “City Night Line”).

Notas importantes sobre cancelamentos de última hora
Em cancelamentos de última hora (até 48 horas antes da partida, ou em alguns casos até 5 dias), pode não ser imediatamente inserido um código UN no PNR.
Nesses casos, é possível proceder à remarcação/reemissão sem necessidade de solicitar autorização especial (waiver).

Aplicam-se regras específicas (TWP 2608 – Versão 2) para remarcação ou reembolso de voos que não tenham sido cancelados.

TWP2608 (Version 2): Strike announcement at Lufthansa by cabin crew union UFO for 15 and 16 April 2026
The cabin crew union UFO has announced a strike at Lufthansa (LH) and Lufthansa CityLine (CL) at short notice for Wednesday, 15 April and Thursday, 16 April 2026.
Lufthansa is working intensively to keep the impact on passengers as low as possible. We are trying to have as many flights as possible operated by other airlines within the Lufthansa Group and by partner airlines.
Please note: Flights operated by Austrian Airlines (OS), Brussels Airlines (SN), Eurowings (EW), SWISS (LX), Air Dolomiti (EN), Discover Airlines (4Y), Edelweiss (WK) and Lufthansa City Airlines (VL) will not be affected by the strike.
Travelers who are affected by an irregularity will be informed accordingly, provided their contact details are stored in the booking.
We ask passengers to check the status of their flight before setting out on their journey.

Part 1 – Lufthansa Group rules for rebooking/reissue/refund for cancelled flights
Customers affected by a flight cancellation can rebook once free of charge or have their ticket refunded.
- You are welcome to make rebookings/reissues/refunds for cancelled flights on Austrian Airlines/Brussels Airlines/Lufthansa/SWISS tickets yourself in accordance with the Schedule Change/Irregularity Policy for Travel Agents (OS/SN/LH/LX)
- You are welcome to make rebookings/reissues/refunds for cancelled flights on Air Dolomiti tickets yourself in accordance with the Rules for handling of long term schedule changes and short term schedule changes (re-bookings / reissues / refunds) in Travel Agency sales (EN)
Please note: The Schedule Change/Irregularity Policy only applies to flights which have already been cancelled or which have been automatically rebooked by the airline.
Substitute transport with Deutsche Bahn
In the event of a cancellation of a German domestic Lufthansa flight, travelers may exchange their flight ticket for a Deutsche Bahn ticket free of charge. We recommend making a seat reservation for this on the Deutsche Bahn website. Please note that the ticket is only valid on Deutsche Bahn trains on the day of issue and the following day (except for “City Night Line trains” of Deutsche Bahn).

Important notes regarding short-term flight cancellations
In case of short-term flight cancellations within 48 hours (in select cases: up to 5 days) before departure, no (immediate) UN will be set in the PNR in all cases. In this case, you can do the rebooking/reissue without having to request a waiver.
