O sindicato de pilotos Vereinigung Cockpit (VC) anunciou uma greve na Lufthansa (LH) e Lufthansa CityLine (CL) para segunda-feira, 13 de abril, e terça-feira, 14 de abril de 2026, e na Eurowings (EW) para segunda-feira, 13 de abril de 2026.
A Lufthansa e a Eurowings estão a trabalhar intensamente para minimizar o impacto nos passageiros. Está a ser feito um esforço para que o maior número possível de voos seja operado por outras companhias do Grupo Lufthansa e por companhias parceiras.
No entanto, apesar destes esforços, os cancelamentos de voos são inevitáveis. Estes cancelamentos serão carregados nos sistemas de reservas até à manhã de domingo, 12 de abril de 2026 (CET).
Nota: Os voos operados por Austrian Airlines (OS), Brussels Airlines (SN), SWISS (LX), Air Dolomiti (EN), Discover Airlines (4Y), Edelweiss (WK) e Lufthansa City Airlines (VL) não serão afetados pela greve.
Os passageiros afetados por qualquer irregularidade serão informados, desde que os seus dados de contacto estejam incluídos na reserva.
Recomendamos que os passageiros verifiquem o estado do seu voo antes de viajar.
Parte 1 – Regras do Grupo Lufthansa para remarcação/reemissão/reembolso de voos cancelados
Os clientes afetados por cancelamentos podem remarcar uma vez gratuitamente ou solicitar o reembolso do bilhete.
É possível efetuar diretamente remarcações/reemissões/reembolsos para voos cancelados com Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa e SWISS, de acordo com a política de alterações de horário/irregularidades para agências de viagens. Para bilhetes da Air Dolomiti, aplicam-se as regras específicas para alterações de horário de curto e longo prazo.
Nota: Estas políticas aplicam-se apenas a voos já cancelados ou automaticamente remarcados pela companhia aérea.
Transporte alternativo com a Deutsche Bahn
Em caso de cancelamento de voos domésticos na Alemanha operados pela Lufthansa, os passageiros podem trocar o bilhete de avião por um bilhete de comboio da Deutsche Bahn gratuitamente.
Recomenda-se a reserva de lugar no site da Deutsche Bahn. O bilhete é válido apenas para o dia de emissão e o dia seguinte (exceto nos comboios “City Night Line”).

Notas importantes sobre cancelamentos de última hora
Em cancelamentos ocorridos até 48 horas antes da partida (em alguns casos até 5 dias), pode não haver atualização imediata no PNR. Nestes casos, é possível proceder à remarcação/reemissão sem necessidade de autorização adicional.

The pilots’ union Vereinigung Cockpit (VC) has announced a strike at
- Lufthansa (LH) and Lufthansa CityLine (CL) for Monday, 13 April and Tuesday, 24 April 2026
- Eurowings (EW) for Monday, 13 April 2026.
Lufthansa and Eurowings are working intensively to keep the impact on passengers as low as possible. We are trying to have as many flights as possible operated by other airlines within the Lufthansa Group and by partner airlines.
However, despite these efforts, flight cancellations are unavoidable. These cancellations will be loaded into the booking systems by Sunday morning, 12 April 2026 (CET) at the latest.
Please note: Flights operated by Austrian Airlines (OS), Brussels Airlines (SN), SWISS (LX), Air Dolomiti (EN), Discover Airlines (4Y), Edelweiss (WK) and Lufthansa City Airlines (VL) will not be affected by the strike.
Travelers who are affected by an irregularity will be informed accordingly, provided their contact details are stored in the booking.
We ask passengers to check the status of their flight before setting out on their journey.

Part 1 – Lufthansa Group rules for rebooking/reissue/refund for cancelled flights
Customers affected by a flight cancellation can rebook once free of charge or have their ticket refunded.
- You are welcome to make rebookings/reissues/refunds for cancelled flights on Austrian Airlines/Brussels Airlines/Lufthansa/SWISS tickets yourself in accordance with the Schedule Change/Irregularity Policy for Travel Agents (OS/SN/LH/LX)
- You are welcome to make rebookings/reissues/refunds for cancelled flights on Air Dolomiti tickets yourself in accordance with the Rules for handling of long term schedule changes and short term schedule changes (re-bookings / reissues / refunds) in Travel Agency sales (EN)
Please note: The Schedule Change/Irregularity Policy only applies to flights which have already been cancelled or which have been automatically rebooked by the airline.
Substitute transport with Deutsche Bahn
In the event of a cancellation of a German domestic Lufthansa flight, travelers may exchange their flight ticket for a Deutsche Bahn ticket free of charge. We recommend making a seat reservation for this on the Deutsche Bahn website. Please note that the ticket is only valid on Deutsche Bahn trains on the day of issue and the following day (except for “City Night Line trains” of Deutsche Bahn).

Important notes regarding short-term flight cancellations
In case of short-term flight cancellations within 48 hours (in select cases: up to 5 days) before departure, no (immediate) UN will be set in the PNR in all cases. In this case, you can do the rebooking/reissue without having to request a waiver.
