Dear Passengers,
Due to current situation which effects UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, QATAR, BAHRAIN, KUWAIT, DAMMAM, RIYADH, OMAN, IRAN, IRAQ, SYRIA, JORDAN, LEBANON flights all Turkish Airlines passengers registered for UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, QATAR, BAHRAIN, KUWAIT, DAMMAM, RIYADH, OMAN flights 28 FEB 2026 – 31 MAR 2026 (Included) for tickets issued on or before 28 FEB 2026, provided that they take action until 10 MAY 2026 (Included):
- Reservation changes will be made free of charge.
- Refund requests:
a. Tickets has not been used will be refunded free of charge.
b. Partially used tickets for which the trip has not been completed; Refunds for unused flights will be made free of charge.
- Extension of Ticket’s duration:
a. The validity of the ticket can be extended until 10 MAY 2026 (Included) without any fee difference or penalty.
- These policies will also apply to ancillary services.
- Relevant applications will only be valid for flights operated by Turkish Airlines
