Requirement of passenger information entry

We would like to remind all agents that passenger names on tickets must match exactly as they appear on the passenger’s passport to avoid any inconvenience.

1.Rules of passenger’s name filling:

• Please make sure passenger name match the travelling documents name: Please fill in passenger’s name perfectly as same as the passenger’s passport and avoid any misspelling or missing any part of the name.

• English name filling form:Please use the “/”to separate the surname and the given name.
• Example: Passenger given name: Edward,middle name:Charles,surname:Jones,this name should be filled like: Jones/Edward Charles Kindly reminder: Passenger name must perfectly match the name showing on the passport.

2. Passport filling rules:
According to system requirements, the passenger’s document information on the ticket must match all the information on the travel document.Complete and accurate passport details must be entered in the booking via SSR DOCS entry.

Reference form:
SSR DOCS CZ HK1 P/issuing country/passport number/nationality/date of
birth/gender/expiry date of passport/passenger name/passenger number 3.

Rules of passport information correction:
Please note that the passport number can only be changed once（Any two of the following items can be changed: valid travel document number, validity period, issuing country, nationality, gender, and date of birt.

After this change, neither the name nor other passport information can be changed again
