Vietnam Airlines – transfere todas as operações no Aeroporto de Paris-Charles de Gaulle.

Caros parceiros,

Qatar Airways – Update to our passenger guidelines

Update March 9, 2026 7:56 AM

Dear Partner,

We know getting your client to their final destination is your number one priority, and Qatar Airways is committed to supporting you in your mission, through addition of special relief flights and updating our policy to provide as many options as possible on other airlines so you can book the itinerary to bring your clients to where they need to be.

Our teams are working around the clock to add on to the multiple options available on other airlines – please check our policy updates regularly to see the latest list of partner carriers that you can rebook your clients on.

We are adding relief flights operated by Qatar Airways, with even more being added in the coming days. With these additional options, we believe that it will improve the range of options that you will be able to offer your clients. You will be able to rebook at the lowest available RBD within the same cabin, and in combination with sectors on other airlines if needed.

Our Journey With Confidence guidelines are being continually reviewed taking into account feedback from our partners, with the main objective of helping you help your clients when travel does not go to plan.

We are extending you the flexibility of alternative airports within the same country or within a 750 miles TPM radius utilizing a select list of partner carriers. We have done this in order to help you to access more routing possibilities.

To broaden the rebooking window for cancelled flights in the current situation, we have negotiated for 10 days from the date of ticket reissue for selected carriers; for all other interline carriers, you may rebook within 2 days.

Under our JWC protections, eligible bookings are entitled to two free reissues, refund flexibility, and noshow waivers. Please be assured that we will support you as much as possible to help your clients adjust their plans. These provisions are applicable for tickets issued by 22 March for travel between 28 February and 22 March

We are grateful for your patience and understanding during this period, and we thank you for continuing to support Qatar Airways. From our end, we remain committed to working with you as we navigate through this situation together and bring your clients safely to where they need to go.
