Greve Aeroportos Espanhóis – 27 a 29 de Março e de 2 a 6 de Abril

Informamos que está convocada uma greve na Páscoa por parte dos trabalhadores de assistência em terra (handling) das empresas Menzies e Groundforce nos principais aeroportos espanhóis. 
No caso do grupo Menzies, o sindicato UGT convocou uma greve de sete dias: 28 e 29 de Março e de 2 a 6 de Abril. Na Groundforce, a greve convocada pelos sindicatos CCOO, UGT e USO começa a 27 de Março, com paralisações nos turnos da manhã, tarde e noite (das 5h às 7h, das 11h às 17h e das 22h à meia-noite) e continuará por tempo indeterminado.
De forma a minimizar o impacto junto dos passageiros, sugerimos que:
Reforcem junto dos vossos clientes a importância de verificarem o estado do voo antes de se deslocarem para o aeroporto, através dos canais oficiais da companhia aérea ou do aeroporto;
Recomendem a chegada ao aeroporto com maior antecedência do que o habitual, dado o possível aumento dos tempos de espera. 

Estas medidas poderão ajudar a reduzir eventuais transtornos durante os dias de greve.

verificou-se um aumento significativo no custo do combustível de aviação a nível global.
Este contexto tem um impacto direto nos custos operacionais do transporte aéreo e, consequentemente, vemos-nos obrigados a ajustar os preços para todas as reservas não emitidas e novas reservas, incluindo as tarifas de Operador Turístico.


Para todos os bilhetes emitidos com as nossas tarifas de Operador Turístico com os códigos NRA3SP133, NRA3PT19,a partir de 7 de abril de 2026, será aplicado um reajuste da sobretaxa de combustível (Q-tax) com os
seguintes montantes adicionais:

A Q-tax será incluída automaticamente na composição da tarifa.


Os bilhetes emitidos antes de 7 de abril de 2026 não serão afetados por este aumento.

Boeing and Qatar Airways announced today the Middle Eastern airline placed an order for 20 more 777-9 airplanes, which expands the carrier's 777X order book to nearly 100 airplanes. The order was finalized this year and listed as unidentified on Boeing's Orders & Deliveries website.

Refund calculation methodology applicable for partially utilized group tickets is provided in the attached document. Minimum Connecting Time (MCT) for transiting customers in Doha for travel up to 28 March 2026 is 75 minutes. Complimentary Stopover for the Purpose of Connection (STPC) for Travel up to 28 March -If your clients are travelling up to 28 March with a transit time of 8-24 hours they are eligible for a complimentary STPC.-If your clients travel is more than 72 hours away: You may submit their STPC request online through the Trade Portal.-If your clients travel is within the next 72 hours: Please inform your client to approach the STPC Desk at Transfer on arrival to receive their complimentary room during transit.-*For travel beyond 28 March: The standard STPC eligibility policy applies All other T&C as per JWC

Etihad Airways offers the following options for guests impacted by the Middle East situation. This applies to commercial EY tickets (607) issued on/before 28-Feb-2026.

Conditions:

  • Flights to/from All Network
  • Tickets issued on/before 28-Feb-2026
  • Original travel dates: 28-Feb-2026 to 15-Apr-26 (both dates inclusive)

Rebooking:

For cancelled flights:

  • Standard schedule change policy applies

For non-cancelled flights – travel on/before 15-Apr-26:

  • Rebooking permitted free of charge on lowest available RBD in same cabin and same brand
  • Rebooking on or before 15-May-26 on EY ops EY or as per flights details originally booked
  • Rerouting permitted free of charge
    • back to the origin from AUH on EY ops EY
    • any airport within the same group on EY ops EY (refer to the Reroute table below)
  • Fees and service charges are waived
  • Ticket re-issue must be completed on/before 15-Apr-26
  • For all other scenarios, fare rules apply

Refund:

For cancelled flights:

  • Standard schedule change applies

For non-cancelled flights:

  • For travel on/before 15-Apr-26:
    • For Unused tickets & associated EMDs – Full refund permitted
    • For Partially used tickets – Permitted on prorate basis
