Greve ITA – Aeroportos Italianos

Caro agente,

ENG

Dear Agent,

Employees of ITA Airways have called a 24-hour strike beginning at midnight on Monday, February 16. The strike involves pilots, cabin crew, and ground staff. Among the airports with affected operations are Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, Rome Fiumicino, Venice Marco Polo, and Verona Valerio Catullo.

Nevertheless, Italian law requires the maintenance of minimum services, ensuring operations between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

According to Cirium data cited by Euronews, ITA Airways has 314 flights scheduled for that day, with about 70% of departures falling outside the protected time slots, which increases the risk of cancellations.”
