Refunds for Travel Agencies on Spanish IATAS

Direct refund (GDS)

• All refunds are subject to the application of a REFUND FEE of €18 per
  passenger per ticket and require the issuance of an EMD for this amount (€18):
• Cancellation Fee EMD (CANX D/995 SVC S CANCELLATION FEE)

Bsplink indirect refund

• The reimbursement fee must be collected and indicated in the MF
  (Miscellaneous Fee) field.
• Failure to comply with this requirement in the reimbursement handling will be
  subject to possible ADMS.
• In cases of reimbursement of airport taxes ONLY, the fee of 18 Euros also
  applies.

The fee does NOT apply in the following cases:

• Corporate Fares (those containing KO, K1, K2, K3, -QQ- in the Fare Basis).
• Infants tickets
• In case of involuntary schedule change / involuntary change, the 18 €
• fee do not apply
